PVC Cling Films
Key components in the systems used for FPVC films are the screw technology and the streamlined, easy to dismantle spider dies. Roll geometry and special small roll winders efficiently allow for high production rates by providing reliable, consistent automated roll handling. The die systems are rotating up to 400mm diameter. Stationary haul-offs and air collapsing frames produce flat, smooth film and rolls.
- Super Air Cooled MAC extruders utilize the single high volume suction blower concept for cooling. Low maintenance.
- Pre-wired control panels mounted on extruder bases reduce installation time.
- Spider dies allow for easy operator dismantling and excellent uniformity to <15% before auto adjustment.
- WesJet air rings provide high blow up ratios and increased bubble stability.
