Custom component and line designs are possible starting with a “clean sheet”, your design or with modifications of existing components. Multi functional lines encompassing flat and embossed film forming, lamination of spun bond-non wovens or winding core starts with and without core adhesive can be configured in single or dual direction wind configuration. Reduced scrap and scrap-less winding systems can also be considered to meet specific needs.
This 189 inch (4.8 meter) casting unit runs stretch films at speeds in excess of 1804 ft./min. (550 m/min.) with excellent reliability.
